Text on the water surface.

Today I'll show you how to create a liquid text on the water surface. This tutorial is interesting and easy.

Step 1.
Create a new 800X600 px document (or large) with a white background and black foreground. Choose a Brush Tool (choose an "airbrush pen opacity flow" brush) with Master Diameter->30 px and create your text.

Step 2.
Now apply Filter > Texture > Patchwork with the following settings: Square Size->2; Relief->19.

Step 3.
Apply Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur with Radius->2,2 px. Then apply Filter > Artistic > Plastic Wrap with the following settings: Highlight Strength->20; Detail->12; Smoothness->6.

Step 4.
And now apply Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation with the following settings: Hue->200; Saturation->100; Lightness->0, Colorize->ON. And that's it.
