Space Light.

In this tutorial I want to show you how to create a Space Light.

Step 1.
Create a new 450X350 pixels document with a black background. Apply Filter > Render > Lens Flare with the following settings: Brightness -> 100%, Lens Type -> 105 mm Prime in the each corner of the picture. Apply Filter > Render > Lens Flare with the following settings: Brightness -> 100%, Lens Type -> Movie Prime twice in the center of picture.

Step 2.
Apply Filter > Artistic > Film Grain with the following settings: Grain -> 0, Highlight Area -> 17, Intensity -> 5.

Duplicate this layer. Now choose the top layer and change the Blending Mode to "Linear Burn". Apply Filter > Blur > Radial Blur with the following settings: Amount -> 100%, Blur Method -> Zoom, Quality -> Good. And merge down these layers.

Step 3.
Duplicate this layer. Choose the top layer and apply Filter > Distort > Twirl with the following settings: Angle -> 366.

Then change the Blending Mode to "Lighten". Apply Filter > Artistic > Plastic Wrap with the following settings: Highlight Strength -> 20, Detail -> 13, Smoothness -> 15. And merge down your layers.

Step 4.
Duplicate a layer. Choose the top layer and apply Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation with the following settings: Hue -> 203, Saturation -> 77, Lightness -> +1, Colorize -> ON. Apply Image > Adjustments > Brightness/Contrast with the following settings: Brightness -> -33, Contrast -> +42. And that's it.
