Solar eclipse.
In this tutorial I'll show you how to create a realistic solar eclipse. It takes you a few minutes. Ok, let's begin.
Step 1.
Create a new 450X450 px document with a blue backgrond. Apply Filter > Render > Lens Flare with the following settings: Brightness - 130%, Lens Type - 50-300mm zoom. Holding Alt+ click on the preview window and set the "Flare Center" in the center of the document. Apply Filter > Stylize > Wind with the following settings: Method - Wind, Direction - From the Left. Press Ctrl+F to repeate a command. Then apply Filter > Stylize > Wind with the following settings: Method - Wind, Direction - From the Right. Press Ctrl+F to repeate a command.
Step 2.
Apply Image > Rotate Canvas > 90 CW. Then apply Filter > Stylize > Wind with Direction - From the Left - one time, and Direction - From the Right - one time. Now apply Image > Rotate Canvas > 90 CW and then apply Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates with Rectangular To Polar. Apply Image > Rotate Canvas > 90 CW. |
