Ocean wave.

In this tutorial I want to show you how to create an ocean wave.

Step 1.
Create a new 450X350 pixels document. Set a light blue color for a foreground and dark blue color for a background. Apply Filter > Render > Fibers with the following settings: Variance -> 23, Strength -> 7.

Step 2.
Apply Filter > Distort > Shear with the following settings:

Then choose the Rectangular Marquee Tool and create a rectangular selection on top of a document.

Step 3.
Apply Edit > Transform > Warp like shown on the picture 2.

Step 4.
Apply Select > Deselect.

Create a new layer (Layer > New > Layer). Choose Brush Tool and try to create water splashes on a wave crest. Then apply Blur > Gaussian Blur. And that's it.
