This tutorial describes you how to create a velvety heart in the clouds. This tutorial is easy and nice.

Step 1.
Create a new 330X400 pixels document. Then choose the Eliptical Marquee Tool and create circle selection. Then apply Edit > Fill...(choose red color). Now use a Rectangular Marquee Tool and create a rectangular selection on the left part of circle.

Step 2.
Apply Edit > Free Transform > Perspective and then use Warp like shown on the picture 2.

Step 3.
Apply Filter > Stylize > Extrude with the following settings: Type -> Blocks, Size -> 2 pixels, Depth -> 60 pixels, Random.

Step 4.
Apply Filter > Blur > Radial Blur with the following settings: Amount -> 8, Blur Method -> Zoom, Quality -> Good.
