Clouds.

This tutorial describes how to create a beautiful fluffy clouds.

Step 1.
Create a new 450X450 pixels document. Set a dark red color for a foreground and black color for a background. Apply Filter > Render > Clouds.

Step 2.
Apply Filter > Sharpen > Smart Sharpen with the following settings: Amount -> 500%, Radius -> 64, Remove -> Gaussian Blur.

Step 3.
Apply Filter > Artistic > Poster Edges with the following settings: Edge Thichkness -> 6, Edge Intensity -> 3, Posterization -> 1.

Step 4.
Apply Layer -> Layer Style -> Color Overlay with the following settings: Blend Mode -> Difference with the white color, Opacity -> 100%.

Step 5.
Apply Image > Adjustments -> Brightness/Contrast with the following settings: Brightness -> -41, Contrast -> -21 and then apply Image -> Adjustments -> Hue/Saturation with the some settings: Colorize->ON, Hue -> 31, Saturation -> 73, Lightness -> -4.
