Animated Background.

This article describes you how to create an animated background. You can use in your website as logo or banner.

Step 1.
Create a new 350X350 px document with the white background. Open the picture you want to cut and place it in the center of the first document. The document size is bigger than the picture one.

Now apply View > Rulers (CTRL+R) and place horizontal and vertical lines in the center of the picture.

Step 2.
Choose the Rectangular Marquee Tool and create a selection inside the top left square of the picture.

Then apply Layer > New > Layer wia Copy (Ctrl+J) to create a new layer from the selection. Now go back to the picture layer and repeat this step for every square you have. Go to the picture layer and delete it.

Step 3.
Now apply Layer > Layer Style > Blending Options and apply the following settings to each layer.

Apply Edit > Free Transform (Ctrl+T) and rotate a layer. Rotate every layer containing a part of the picture in a unique way.

Step 4.
Now turn off all layers and turn on 'Background' layer and layer 3.

Press Shift+Ctrl+M to edit in ImageReady. Drag the selected layer to the top right corner. Then press 'Duplicates current frame' button and drag this layer to the center. Choose these two frames and press 'Tween...' button.

Apply Tween with the following settings:

And you have to get the result:

Step 5.
Repeat this step for every layer you have. Then apply File > Save Optimized As... And that's it.
